Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your gear meets your athletic performance standards.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • GPS & Watches (opened/used electronics)
  • Equipment (used sports equipment)
  • Survival & Navigation gear (opened/used items)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not send items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items including:

  • All original items in their packaging
  • Original tags attached
  • Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Return Authorization Number clearly visible

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
